Crocjaw security is a company that was registered in 2010. A wholly Zimbabwean owned entity, Crocjaw is
operated by a qualified and experienced personnel focused on providing security services to individual
and corporate clients.
Crocjaw Security Company offers a comprehensive set of security services designed to meet the needs of
a wide array of clients, ranging from individuals and small businesses with security needs, to
multifunctional corporations and public sector organizations needing security services on a national

Management
Director Mukandi
Mr T Mukandi has a wealth of experience in security in both public and private sector for thirty-five (35) years. He worked in the Zimbabwe Prison Services for twenty-five (25) years and rose through the ranks to the ChiefPrison Officer. He retired on pension holding the position of 2nd Officcer-In-Charge at Chikurubi Maximum Prison. During the service, he under-went training as trainer and obtained merit. He then attended management training for a year with Price Waterouse Consultants covering all aspects of management. Mr Mukandi then joined Securitas as Regional Area Manager, promoted to Group Operations Manager and finally to Group Head of Operations. Hands on character has been through the security mill having started his career with ZPS and rising to the top end on of being the officer in charge of Zimbabwe’s Largest Prison (Chikurubi Maximum). A holder of train the trainer Diploma and various management and Security Diplomas. 2000 - 2011 rose to the Group Head of Operations at Securitas.
Director A K Ngwena
Mr AK Ngwena has a wealth of experience in both public and private sector for forty six (46) years. He worked in Zimbabwe Republic Police for twenty-one (21) years and rose through the ranks to being inspector (to Officer-In-Charge of Dete Police Station in Hwange). During his career in the police force, he was a public prosecutor at Bindura court and Provincial Public Relations Officer at Harare Province. He then joined Makro Wholesalers as security manager. He then moved on to Surgmed Medical Suppliers as a Stores Manager. From there he went to Stanbic Bank and Royal Bank as the Security Manager and Group Security Manager at ZABG bank, Recoveries Manager African Century Bank and Operations Director Sincere Security
Director SB Ngwena
Mr B Ngwena has 12 (twelve) years experience in the events industry with vast knowledge in Event Production and Design. He has worked for AV Technologies for 2 (two) years before moving to Davies Events for the past years 10 (ten) years to current. He currently holds the position of Operations director at Davies Events. He has been honoured by the H.E the president of Zimbabwe with the best stand design for ZIMBABWE INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR year 2013, 2018, 2022
